Medical Malpractice Risk Management (remote)

This three-hour seminar will feature presentations from four healthcare attorneys on topics of interest to public entity healthcare providers and their staff. We will feature presentations on dealing with difficult patients, managing adverse events (“what to do when things go wrong”) and new legislation affecting minor consent, confidentiality, involuntary mental health care, and 42 CFR Part 2. There is no cost to attend the webinar. ( 3 CEUs available through P.R.I.S.M. public agency)
