The Mental Health Wellness Fair
DATE: THURSDAY - MAY 2, 2024
TIME: 10am to 7pm
LOCATION: Maidu Community Center in Roseville
Priority will be given to Mental Health providers and related supports servicing Placer County residence. Due to space, we must limit the number of vendors at our event.
RULES FOR VENDORS
(1) Vendors can arrive as early 9am. Booths must be setup and operational by 10am and remain open until 7pm.
(2) Vendors cannot sell any items or exchange case value with attendees.
(3) Chairs and tables will be provided - bring your own shade or tent if assigned to outside spot.
(4) Vendors must bring their own table covers.
(5) All vendors will be assigned a specific table.
(6) Applications are due by January 19, 2024 by 5pm. This application does not guarantee a space for applying vendors. Each vendor will receive an email by February 29th, 2024, indicating whether they have been given a booth for the event.
(7) All vendors are encouraged to donate a raffle prize (nothing living or edible). There is no fee associated to apply to be a vendor for the event.
